Devices to prompt moments of intimacy on the Tube and Bus. The service is provided by the fictitious Department of Intimacy. Individual fans replace the grey air-vent. Small mirrors are provided for applying makeup and making eye contact. Fresnel lenses are mounted on the glass compartment dividers. They create ‘close-ups’ of passengers and of the viewer.
